1 Do you deliver across the UK? +

Yes. We deliver across the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We also offer free standard shipping on all orders.

2 How long does delivery take? +

Handling time is 1 business day (Mon–Sat), and transit time is usually 1–3 business days (Mon–Sat). Freight items may take longer, typically 3–7 business days depending on location.

3 Do you ship large or heavy items? +

Yes. Large items such as ride-on mowers, sheds, and certain generators may ship via freight or pallet carrier. Freight deliveries are kerbside by default and an appointment will be arranged in advance.

4 Can I use more than one shipping address? +

No. We do not support multiple shipping addresses in a single order. If you need items sent to different destinations, please place separate orders.

5 How do I track my order? +

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

6 What is your return policy? +

We accept returns within 90 days of delivery, including defective and non-defective items in new condition. Returns must be approved first, and refunds are processed to your original payment method.

7 What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect? +

Email us with your order number and a photo. In most cases, you do not need to return the item — we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and your statutory rights.

8 Do your products come with a warranty? +
