We are an independent retailer at TERAGARDEN LTD. All products are sourced directly from the manufacturer or an authorised wholesale distributor within the UK or through UK-compliant import channels, in accordance with applicable UK trading standards.

AUTHENTIC PRODUCTS ONLY

Under no circumstances do we offer or sell unauthorised, imitation, or counterfeit goods. We are fully compliant with the UK Trade Marks Act 1994 and the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.

We retain invoices for the original purchase of all branded goods we sell, as well as authorisation documentation from our source where available.

We may share relevant documentation with advertising platforms, marketplace partners, or UK regulatory authorities for verification when required.

MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES

Where applicable, product warranties are provided by the manufacturer according to their own terms and conditions. These warranties are in addition to, and do not affect, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
